The Benefits of Beeswax Candles

Beeswax candles are more costly compared with other regular candles made from other waxes, then why should you pick beeswax candles? 

There is a reason why other candles made with other waxes, especially parrafin are cheaper. Parrafin is easily available and thus less expensive. They also mostly likely produce soot as it is actually an oil-based petroleum by-product that contains up to 11 toxic compounds and chemicals such as benzene and toluene. They emit toxic diesel exhaust-like fumes.

Paraffin candles contain artificial dyes and other toxic chemicals and additives. Many of these chemicals are added to this toxic crude oil sludge to make it look and smell attractive. When burned, some of these toxic chemicals are released into the air and may irritate your lungs and sensitive sinuses. A prolonged use could also potentially cause a harmful effect to your health.
