Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order upon receiving the product and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the delivery is not what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. After 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or replacement. 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for a change of mind or incorrect choice purchase, so please choose carefully.

We do not accept returns on personalized items, sale items and gift cards.

Damaged Items

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment and they are well packaged to protect breakable item(s) for a safe transit.
Quietude Candles is not liable for any damage caused during transit by other parties.

However, in the rare event should your items be damaged during transit, please take photos or videos showing the damage and refuse to accept the delivery. Please notify us immediately by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ link and complete the contact form and we’ll share your feedback with our delivery partners to ensure service and quality are improved.

If you notice the damage after it has been delivered to you, please contact us with your order number within 3 business days of receiving the product with a detailed description of the issue and additional photographic or videographic evidence showing the damaged packaging, the parcel label with the reference number and the damaged item. Once we have verified the damage, we will organize the return of the damaged goods and a replacement to be sent to you.

Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened and show no signs of damage for reasons not due to our error. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged and you may incur additional shipping charges to return the product. 

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact us by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ link within 7 days of receiving the product with photographic evidence for review. If we accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, we will require you to return the product to us and we will pay the cost of return. We will (at our discretion) replace the incorrect product with the correct product (subject to availability) or provide a refund to the original payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.
